Closure of rue de l’Aéroport and modified access to the Passenger Terminal car park

Here is a description of the planned diversion routes

By car 🚗

Coming from NAMUR towards the airport :

Use exit 3 and follow Liege Airport Terminal.

Coming from NAMUR towards Liege Logistics :

Stay on the E42 and at the Loncin interchange take the direction of Brussels.

Exit at junction 31 Juprelle-Awans, turn left at the traffic lights onto the E40 motorway and follow the signs for Namur and exit at Hannut (Liege Logistics bypass).

From Brussels, Liège, Aachen, Luxembourg:

follow Liege Airport Terminal by taking the A604 towards Seraing and use exit 2 (Grâce-Hollogne).

Coming from Seraing on the A604:

Follow Liege Airport Terminal towards Namur and take the A604 towards Seraing to use exit 2 (Grâce-Hollogne).

There are no detours to the west or north of the airport.

From the airport:

It is possible to get on the E42 (A15) at junction 3bis in all directions.

The use of Waze is recommended during the works.

By trucks 🚚

From Namur:

Take exit 3 to reach the South zone.

From Brussels, Liège, Aachen, Luxembourg:

Follow Liege Airport Cargo and use exit 4 (Flémalle) on the E42 towards Namur.

From Seraing:

Follow Liege Airport Cargo towards Namur and get back on the E42 and use exit 4 (Flémalle).

There are no detours to the west or north of the airport.

From Namur towards Liege Logistics:

Stay on the E42, follow signs for Brussels and exit at junction 31 (Juprelle – Awans), then head back towards Namur and exit towards Hannut (Liege Logistics bypass).

Accès 🅿️ et 🏨 Park Inn

Access to car park P1 (Passenger Terminal) will be exclusively via the exit, with special signage and a specific traffic pattern in place.

Access to the Park Inn hotel will be via car park P1, following the Park Inn hotel signs.

Access to Flyin will only be possible on foot, from car park P1.

During the works, the car park will be free of charge until the end of the works, scheduled for 04/10.

Phase 2

Parking 3 inaccessible, reopening of the Etoile traffic circle.

Here is a description of the planned detour routes:

By car 🚗

• Coming from Grâce-Hollogne towards the airport’s South zone: Rue Diérains Prés, follow signs for Grace-Hollogne as far as the fire station, then take the A604 towards the Etoile roundabout (reopened).
• Coming from Namur towards the airport and the Liege Logistics zoning : No disruption, interchange 3 remains accessible.
• From Loncin towards the entire southern zone: No disruption
• From the airport: It is possible to get on the E42 at junction 3 in all directions.

Access 🅿️

P3 inaccessible

Phase 3

the B44 airside access point will be accessible only to light vehicles via the Building 50 parking lot. All trucks requiring access to the airside are requested to report to B18.

By car 🚗

Coming from Namur towards Liege Logistics:

Stay on the E42 and at the Loncin interchange, head towards Brussels. Take exit n°31 Awans. At the traffic lights, turn left onto the E40 freeway in the opposite direction and join the E42, exit 2 towards Bierset via the bypass.

From Namur towards the Passenger Terminal:

On the E42, take the exit towards Seraing, keep right to take the 1st exit towards Grâce-Hollogne, go up Rue Diérain Prés to the fire station and take the A604 towards the Etoile traffic circle.

Coming from Loncin towards Liege Logistics and the Passenger Terminal area:

No disruption

Coming from Loncin (E42) towards the Cargo Sud area (FEDEX, ASL, CHALLENGE HANDLING, HORSE INN, PCF, LEONARDO, BUSINESS PARK):

Stay on the E42 until junction 4. Take the Flémalle exit, keep right to take the bypass and return along Rue de l’Aéroport to your destination.

Coming from Namur (E42) towards the Cargo Sud zone:

Take exit 4, at the traffic circle go under the freeway to join Rue de l’Aéroport or use exit 3 to join the new traffic circle in front of the Horse Inn.

From the airport:

HGVs (green) are invited to head for the rond-point valise, take the Chaussée de Liège and join the northern bypass to get to interchange 4.

Light vehicles (blue) are invited to take the A604 towards Seraing, keep to the right to take the 1st exit towards Grâce-Hollogne, drive up rue Diérain Prés to the fire station, and take the A604 back to interchange 2.

Access 🅿️

• Buildings 44, 50, 52 and 58 will be accessible via the Business Park only.
• Entrance and exit to P1 will be via the existing entrance. Inside, follow the direction of rotation displayed.

Public transport 🚍

• The TEC has set up detour and postponed stops for lines 53, 57 and 85, in both directions:
